1. Standard £3.50 (approx. 5 working days)
Your goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of order and sent by either Royal Mail or courier company. The goods can be expected to arrive within 3 working days of dispatch. We generally choose a signed for service. If you order multiple pairs of shoes or shoes from our sale section we may send without shoe boxes to reduce postal charges. We do not offer a free returns service – any goods returned will be at your own expense.
2. Express £7.95 (approx. 1-2 working days)
We will aim to get your goods dispatched same working day for next day delivery. If you require guaranteed next day call the shop on 0208 299 0911 and we will see if this is possible. If you order at the weekend goods will be dispatched on Monday. If you order multiple pairs of shoes we may send without shoe boxes to reduce postal costs.
3. Collect in store
Please allow 24 hours before collecting your goods.At most times we will hold goods for 7 days but during the busy back to school period we can only hold shoes for 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Europe – estimated at £12 for a tracked and signed service. We reserve the right to suggest additional carriage costs for orders in excess of one pair of shoes.
All delivery is subject to stock availability. Items showing as ‘in stock’ on our website should be available for immediate dispatch but unfortunately goods may be delayed or out of stock. If this is the case we will contact you ASAP to inform you.
Lost Goods Claims Policy
Orders should be received within the guidelines given. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 21 working days from dispatch for UK and EU countries and 25 working days for non EU countries.
Return of online purchases
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods purchased online you can return them in the same condition in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If an exchange is required return your goods for a refund and place a new order online. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse any postage/delivery costs arising from the return of items.
Please return the goods to 41 Dulwich Village London SE21 7BN and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know they are on their way. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. Please note goods are returned to Biff at your own expense.
